    Executive Director / Founder

    13+ years of project development and management experience gained with UK and European renewable energy businesses.

    MSc in Business Computing from University of Westminster, MEng in Industrial Engineering from Sofia Technical University.

  • Polina Modenova

    Head of Projects

    6+ years in managing project development activities at REPD, with prior experience as a project coordinator at a large EPC company.

    BSc (Hons) Management from Cass Business School, London.

  • Milly Bowen

    Planning Manager

    8+ years in environmental consultancy and waste planning, with prior experience in property due diligence, contaminated land, and construction environmental management.

    MA with Distinction in Planning Policy and Practice, Licentiate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Exeter.

  • Swara Shah

    Planning Manager

    2+ years of planning consultancy in renewable and low carbon energy projects, with prior experience in residential schemes and master planning in UAE

    MA in Urban Design, Licentiate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and BA (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University.

  • Lee Hyland

    Land Acquisition Manager

    6+ years experience with all aspects of site origination and landowner relationship management in the renewable energy sector.

    Early career in direct sales in the UK, Europe and America.

  • David Gretton

    Legal Counsel

    Experienced commercial property lawyer with expertise in all aspects of site acquisition, property sales, purchases and real estate development.

    Master’s degree in European Law and certifications in Land Registry Law and Practice.

  • Johnathan Kirton

    Grid Project Engineer

    2+ years of industry experience, specialising in project development and grid engineering within the UK renewables sector.

    MSc in Renewable Energy: Technology & Sustainability (Merit) from the University of Reading, BSc in Geology (Hons) from the University of the West Indies, Member of the Energy Institute.

  • Sarah Harvey

    Project Manager

    Since joining the team, Sarah has been instrumental in supporting the BESS portfolio of projects and assisting with all our consultation and community engagement activities.

    BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool and Diploma in Professional & Digital Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
